A Note from Our President

I would like to thank everyone who has contributed this year, whether it be through donations or their hard work. We could not have accomplished any of our goals without you. I look forward to serving as BPIA's president again and hopefully meeting more of our wonderful residents. See you at the next gathering!

General Elections Held

General Elections were held at the June monthly meeting. The existing officers were re-elected to their positions.

We would like to thank them for the hard work they have done this year. Look forward to more improvements throughout the community. Great Job Guys and Gals!

Watch for dates.

Boat Ramp Gate Left Open

Please remember that it is your responsibility to close and lock the gates at the Boat Ramp and Parking Pen when you are finished with them. A few members have been seen leaving the gates unlocked.

Remember your Ramp Rules and Regulations. If you lend your boat ramp key out or allow non-registered members to use the boat ramp, your boating privileges will be suspended for a year. Please follow the rules as they are there for your benefit as well as the other boating residents.
